I’m afraid not. People just fight about it, when I did it once. And it’s just unfair to the customers who pay for their layout.

How often do you give promos? Like discounts and free additionals?
I give promos whenever I feel like it. It depends with how much I have freetime.

What’s the difference between the Basic Fansite Layout and the Professional Fansite Layout?
The basic fansite layout package looks like a normal layout with limited inclusions. A professional fansite layout has a more better feeling than the basic one, and has good add-ons like rollovers and such.

Do you change your prices frequently?
I don’t change it frequently, and I’ve only done it once. Maybe someday I’ll either lower the prices or increase it.

Do you need anything else when I order a package? Login information, maybe?
If you’re ordering customization of Cutenews, WordPress or Coppermine, I’ll most probably need the FTP login details and the account information for the script.

How long will it take you to finish my order?
Usually 1 week or longer. It depends on my schedule, since I have school for 9 hours everyday, and I don’t go on the computer around 7PM. But I try my best to do every order. The service is getting faster as it lasts, so this’ll most likely to change.

Do you need new designers for the site?
Not right now. But I guess soon enough, I will. I’ll let you know.

How come your designs aren’t free anymore?
Because the customers were abusive before when I did them free. They didn’t even say ‘thank you’ they broke several rules and they used it for less than a month.

Can I order more than 3 packages all at once?
No, you can’t. You can only order 2 packages at a time. If you want to order more, you should wait another week. (:
